Established in 1961 D&S Downham Equipment Ltd. has served the Perth and Oxford county regions for over 55 years. While our company did operate under a different entity for the last 5 years a recent change has occurred and we are now again operating under our original name D&S Downham Equipment Ltd. The ownership and the principals of D&S Downham Equipment,  Bob and Mark Downham are back and ready to service all our loyal customers. It is our intention to again serve this area with the highest level in customer service and attention to detail. 

Our New Agreement with Kubota Canada is very exciting!! With their ambitious goals to broaden their product offerings to encompass a much larger swath in the Ag Market Place we are here to make that happen. We are also experienced and well placed to handle the very prominent presence that Kubota holds in the Turf and  Light Industrial Market . With our new and focused attention on the Kubota Brand we believe our product knowledge and aftermarket support will be well positioned to enhance our customers purchases with our  superior support!
